Bobby Genovese's journey in connecting ambitious individuals with lucrative opportunitiesbegan at age 25 with the founding of his first company in Ontario. He later established BG Capital Group Limited and BG Capital Management Corporation, headquartered in The Bahamas, with offices in Fort Lauderdale, Los Angeles, Barbados, Toronto, and Vancouver.
A seasoned equestrian, Bobby brought his winning touch in the boardroom to the polo fieldwhen he built Vancouver International Polo, one of North America's top-ranked teams. Under hisleadership, the team won the Canadian Open and numerous titles across American, Argentinean, and Chilean tournaments.
His love for horses and land preservation inspired the creation of BG Signature, a curatedcollection of extraordinary destinations and experiences, including the exquisite 154-foot Feadship yacht BG Charade (once owned by Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen) and his flagshipproperty, BG Ocala Ranch. Nestled in Florida's horse country near Orlando, BG Ocala Ranchoffers a refined equestrian experience amid picturesque pastures and majestic oak trees.
Bobby also dedicates his time, energy, and substantial resources to philanthropy, particularly benefiting children. He is a long time supporter of the Vancouver-based Face the World Foundation, which has raised over $19 million for more than 400 organizations aiding children with shelter, meals, and anti-bullying initiatives.
His commitment extends to the Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids), Canada's leading pediatric cancer research and treatment center. As chairman of the annual Car and Boat Rally Scavenger Cups since 2007, he has helped raise over $16 million for Sick Kids.
Bobby Genovese resides in the Bahamas when he is not traveling with his family.
